The realization of founder Jen Yemola’s dream, Jentastic Sweets specializes in catering uniquely designed desserts and pastries in a variety of flavors to make your special day a little more special. Cakes, cookies, cupcakes and many other sweet snacks are all custom-made to your request.

Jen Yemola received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Food Production and a Certificate of Pastry Arts from Luzerne County Community College of Nanticoke, Pennsylvania.  She later furthered her education and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree by attending The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill in Philadelphia.

     While at college in Philadelphia, Jen interned at Morimoto, a Star Restaurant Organization, and later was gainfully employed for over three years as Lead Production Cook II at the world-renowned Ritz-Carlton.  In addition, she taught numerous Community Education Courses for The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill.

     After relocating back home, Jen accepted a position as the Pastry Chef for the Inn at Turkey Hill of Bloomsburg and was the third runner-up on FOX reality  show, "Hell's Kitchen" starring Chef Gordon Ramsey.

     Jen can be seen locally on WYLN-TV.  She is the host of "Jentastic Sweets", a series in which she shares recipes and techniques for innovative dessert ideas. In addition, Jen is proud to announce the opening  of "Jentastic Sweets", her own bakery business that specializes in special order cakes and pastries for special  occasions.  She has also launched her website www.JentasticSweets.com.

     Jen is a Pastry Arts Instructor at her alma mater, Luzerne County Community College, where she serves on  the college's President's Alumni Advisory Council and was the recipient of the college's 2007 Alumni Achievement Award.
